I was very upset with my stay at this hotel. The room had a horrible musty smell, and there was water all over the floor when we arrived. The staff's solution was to spray air freshener instead of offering a clean room. The bathroom was in a terrible state. it had black marks and barely any water pressure, which made taking a shower unpleasant. To top it off, the breakfast options were very limited, and what was available didn’t look appetizing.

It was a solid selection for a weekend break in Southaven with excellent value for money. The staff was helpful when I reported a cleaning issue in my room, and they quickly addressed it. Be sure to confirm any extra charges at check-in to avoid surprises.

The lovely decor and easy access to the lobby made me feel right at home during my stay. The flowers near the pond were a delightful touch, adding a serene atmosphere that truly calmed my spirit.

More seating in common areas would be better.

What a nightmare!

Not a great stay at all. The front desk dude was super rude, and we got a room that smelled awful and was way too hot. We had to ask for a new room after that. At least the new room had working A/C, but it still didn’t smell fresh.

The room was cozy with amazing A/C that made it feel like heaven. Loved the comfortable sitting area and fresh vibe!

we stayed at this days inn for a group trip and it exceeded our expectations. the room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was fresh which made for a comfortable stay. the location was ideal, close to the highway and local attractions, making it easy to explore both tennessee and mississippi.

I enjoyed my stay with a clean room and effective air conditioning that kept me comfortable during the trip. The staff were friendly and quick to assist with any requests, which enhanced my experience. However, the breakfast options could use improvement as they were quite limited.

The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations with options like fresh pancakes, yogurt, and sausage, all served in a clean dining area. Additionally, the location was convenient for accessing local businesses and dining options.

Some areas of the property could use updates.

The Deluxe King Room provided a pet-friendly environment, with a reasonable pet fee. However, cleanliness was an issue. surfaces were not adequately wiped down, and we noticed an unpleasant odor in the hallway. Breakfast options were very limited, and the coffee maker didn’t work when I visited. Location was decent, fairly close to Memphis while remaining quiet.

We had a pleasant stay with spacious rooms and helpful staff, which was a relief with 3 little ones in tow. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, making our mornings easy. The comforting amenities were appreciated after long days exploring the area.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use some shade for the kids to stay cool during hot summers.

the room had a bit of a problem with the bathroom cleanliness. however, the staff was super friendly 😊, and the hot breakfast was awesome, especially the make-your-own waffles! also, the location was perfect for us, near shops and restaurants. 👍

I found this place to be a good spot for visiting Graceland, which was my main reason for staying. The size of the room suited my needs during the trip. While the breakfast options were limited, I relied on the Waffle House next door. I appreciate good country music and road trips, and this location was convenient for exploring the area.

Lovely clean room with a delightful mini-fridge, and those USB ports? A true lifesaver! Can't beat the price for the comfort offered.
